Can I see a demo on my own data?

Yes. We run a 30-min discovery first, then a tailored demo on a sandbox shaped like your org. We never ask for real data on a sales call.

How long does implementation take?

Most teams under 250 are live in 2–4 weeks. Larger or multi-entity setups take 6–12 weeks. We staff a real person on your rollout, not a "success kit."

Do you migrate from BambooHR / HiBob / Workday?

Yes, plus most other HRIS systems. We have native importers for the common ones and a guided process for everything else.

Will I talk to a founder?

If you're evaluating Operate or Global, almost certainly. We meet every Global customer, and most Operate ones, before signing.

Do you have a free trial?

30 days, full Operate plan, no credit card required. If you don't move forward, we delete your data within 14 days.
