Step-by-Step Configuration

1. Basic Company Information

Start by providing the fundamental details about your organization. This information will be used throughout the platform and in employee-facing communications.

Required Fields:

  • Company Name: Your official business name
  • Industry: Select from our predefined list or add custom
  • Company Size: Number of employees (helps us optimize features)
  • Description: Brief overview of your business (used in job postings)

2. Contact & Location Details

Configure your primary business location and contact information. This affects time zone settings, compliance requirements, and employee communications.

Important Note

Your primary location determines default tax calculations and compliance requirements. Make sure this matches your business registration location.

3. Legal & Tax Configuration

Provide the legal and tax information needed for payroll processing, compliance reporting, and official documentation.
